Each Day is a New Day

Each Day is a New Day & Anything is Possible!

This fountain is a favorite spot in my neighborhood. I dearly miss living near the Pacific Ocean and this is as close as I get to the sounds of moving water right now.

Each Day is a New Day

Sitting on a bench near the fountain, closing my eyes and listening to the splashing of the water is relaxing and an activity that helps me feel at peace.

Our community center is unique and is a great place to meet with family or friends outdoors, rain or shine with the covered seating. In the past, neighborhood events were held here, but not lately.

There is a coffee vendor who also sells pastries from a local bakery and freshly prepared breakfast sandwiches, as well and a large variety of beverages.

I’m not usually out walking at dusk and thought these photos of the town center just after the sun went down were beautiful and wanted to share them with you. Enjoy!

Each Day is a New Day

I understand all too well that the future is a mystery, but anything is possible. Recently, through a series of twists and turns and God’s perfect timing, I unexpectedly learned I am a candidate for a non-chemo type of maintenance cancer treatment. You never know what each new day will bring!

“This is the day the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it.” Psalm 118:24, NLT

  1. So happy for you, getting a new post cancer treatment. Glad, too, that you’re doing well. I am, too. Talked to Jody the other day, that was fun. Hope your holidays are wonderful. Merry Christmas🎅
